Pitch Smart
The pitching limits COYBL enforces come from Pitch Smart, a joint USA Baseball and Major League Baseball programme built around protecting young arms.

USA Baseball BASE
BASE is USA Baseball's athlete safety hub. It is where the Abuse Awareness for Adults course lives, which federal law requires every coach and every adult who interacts with your team to complete once.
